 Retreat is on the Emerald Coast Beach - on the Gulf shoreline. Is it time for you to getaway from the fast pace of everyday life? Walk the beach, and take in a few minutes alone time just for you!

Class about Polarity - how to identify the Feminine/Masculine aspects of self. Learn about the passive/assertive behaviors associated with the feminine/maculine self.  Understanding more about our own emotional stability and how to attain a better emotional stability. Learn about how stress & conflict occur in relationships with other people as a result of extreme behaviors in the masculine/feminine self. Learn how to value other people and still yet value yourself.

Retreat Facilitator:   Ra'mona Marie   I am an Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist, Personal Coach and a Natural Psychic Intuitive. I will facilitate Group Hypnosis sessions on four consecutive days during the retreat. Specifically geared to empower your self-esteem and self-image. Positive suggestions given to change how you relate to people, tension, stress & conflict in life.

  Group Discussions/Workshops:

Small groups of 4-10 women to create intimacy & friendship during this retreat.

  Group Discussion: Journaling:   Learn more about you through journaling your thoughts and feelings. Writing down your thoughts and feelings gives power and awareness of self. Of  how you perceive yourself and the world around you. Discussion ongoing throughout the retreat.

  Group Discussion: Polarity/Balance:  Identify the Feminine/Masculine self within us and passive/assertive behaviors associated with these traits.  Learn about how stress & conflict occur in relationships as a result of lack of balanced electrical polarity. Balance is key to happiness and success!

  Group Discussion: Creativity and Magic of the Mind:   How magic can happen in your life using your mind to create exactly what you want. Learn to identify limitations or blocks active in your life. Using intention combined with imagery to create a new image of self. Learn to create your perfect man! How to use and direct your creative spiritual power and your voice within. Magic indeed Happens!

  Group Discussion: Sexuality & Intimacy in Relationships:  Feminine issues such as passion, boundaries, divorce, affairs, fear, rape, incest and how past experiences in the world affect us as women intimately. Women aiding women to grow beyond present limitations/ blocks in their heart or life!

  Astrology: Ra'mona has invited Sharon Fithian an Artist/Astrologer to assist in this retreats healing experience for you. Sharon will give a group discussion on astrology and how astrology effects our daily life. If desired, Sharon will do a personal astrology reading/interpretation (included) for you during your retreat. Sharon is gifted intuitively, so her astrology readings come from her heart.

  Art & Healing: Workshop:  A fun healing art workshop given by Sharon. Learning to express your innermost  feelings through your hands via art.

  Massage: Given by Licensed Massage Therapists  during your Heart to Heart Retreat at the retreat location. A one hour massage is included in retreat price. Additional massage time, facials, manicures or pedicures available - at additional cost.  Price varies to services desired.
