Retreat to expand our personal spiritual growth - to help women increase their sense of inner awareness, 4 -10 women at each group women's retreat.

Women's Group Retreat, women's vacation or a women's getaway! Retreat is on the Emerald Coast Beach - on the Gulf shoreline. Is it time for you to getaway from the fast pace of everyday life? Walk the beach, and take in a few minutes time alone for you!

Come learn about polarity - how to identify the Feminine/Masculine self within all of us and the passive/assertive behaviors associated with these traits.  Learn about healthy emotional stability. Learn about how stress & conflict occur in relationships with other people as a result of extreme behaviors in the masculine/feminine self. Learn how to value other people and still value yourself.

Retreat Facilitator:   Ra'mona Marie   I am an Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist, Personal Coach and a Natural Psychic Intuitive. I will facilitate Group Hypnosis sessions on four consecutive days during retreat. Specifically geared to enhance your self-esteem and self-image. Positive suggestions given to change how you relate to people, tension, stress & conflict in life.

  Group Discussions/Workshops:

Small groups of women to create intimacy & friendship during this retreat.

  Group Discussion: Journaling:  Learn to journal, learn more about you. Write down your feelings and thoughts. Learn more about how you feel & how you perceive the world. Discussion ongoing throughout the retreat.

  Group Discussion: Polarity/Balance:  Identify the Feminine/Masculine self within us and the passive/assertive behaviors associated with these traits.  Learn about how stress & conflict occur in relationships with other people as a result, when our emotional balance is off center. Balance is the key to happiness and success!

  Group Discussion: Creativity and Magic of the Mind:  How magic can happen in your life using your mind to create exactly what you want. How to use-direct your creative spiritual power and your voice within. Magic Happens!  Believe it!

  Group Discussion: Sexuality & Intimacy in Relationships:  Feminine issues such as passion, boundaries, fear, rape, incest and how past experiences in the world affect us as women intimately. Women aiding women to grow beyond present limitations or blocks in their heart or life!

  Astrology: Ra'mona has invited Sharon Fithian an Artist/Astrologer to assist in this retreats healing experience for you. Sharon will give a group discussion on astrology and how astrology effects our lives. If desired, Sharon will do a personal astrology reading/interpretation (included) for you during retreat. Sharon is gifted intuitively, so her astrology readings come from her heart.

  Art & Healing: Workshop:  A fun healing art workshopgiven by Sharo. Learning to express your innermost  feelings through your hands via art.

  Massage: Given by Licensed Massage Therapists  during your Heart to Heart Retreat at the retreat location. One - one hour massage is included in retreat price. More massage time, facials, manicures or pedicures available. Optional-additional cost.
