Heart to Heart Retreats... retreats for women

At 27...  I opened my own business, again doing custom sewing. This time I was focusing on a specific trade, the home interior trade. I sew just about anything, draperies, bed linens, upholster and slipcover.

I named my business Pleasure to Measure <website linked if you care to see my sewing website. Yet another facet of who I am as a person. Now I was beginning to have some pleasure in my life! I love working for myself! I loved the challenges of creating something new daily for someone's home.

  Bet you wonder just how all this sewing relates to my retreats, aren't you!

Approaching 40 years of age...  I began making some new waves and changes in my own life. I decided to get Certified in Hypnosis several years after I had gone through divorce and a very intensive two years of therapy and hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis helped me change my life dramatically! My haphazard reactions to life were calmed and changed by the hypnosis. The hypnosis helped me attain better understanding - awareness between prior or current circumstances. It gave me clarity! It allowed me to see things in a different perspective.

After finding resolution to some very big problem areas in my life from hypnosis, I decided to get Certified in Hypnosis so I might also help other people as I had been helped. As a child and young woman I did not have much of a support system available to me. And I direly needed one!

I experienced an extremely dysfunctional home life growing up including physical abuse and incest.

Plus as a child I had severe difficulty with clairvoyant experiences just happening to me. These experiences started when I was ten or eleven. These types of experiences scared me as a child. I still have those psychic glimpses - flashes of insight, but I now understand them... inner sight is a true gift! 

This is quite the contrast of my sewing background,  but I am now an Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist and a natural Empath, Clairvoyant or Psychic Intuitive. There are many aspects of individuality in each of us which help to define who we are as a person.

Several years of changes go by...still stitching away at my sewing machines.

  Then at age 50 and my Heart to Hearts - For the last several years I have been hosting private retreats for women. Plus I host a small group women's retreat annually on the Gulf Coast beach.

I named my retreats Heart to Heart Retreats, because when one heart reaches out to another, magic can truly happen!  And I do believe in the magic of the universe. Think it and you will receive it!

It is equally important to remember to allow for the possibility of change! And the intention to change!

I use hypnosis as a tool combined with personal coaching to empower women to make positive changes about how they feel - view themselves as a woman. Building up confidence and self-esteem. Opening hearts to heal & receive. Giving voice to their inner spirit!

My Heart to Heart Retreats are geared for fun, rest and relaxation, as well as personal growth. 

  I am available for Personal Life Coaching - Phone Sessions <links underlined Phone Sessions for people who can't get away for a retreat! Several women had asked me if I would do phone sessions with them. Women going home after a retreat also wanted to do phone sessions.

I had not even considered doing so..  until repeatedly asked! So now I do offer those phone sessions.

It has been very effective for those who made use of these phone sessions.
