A Heart to Heart Retreat includes breakfast, but does not include other meals of the day. We do offer a full breakfast if desired such as: a traditional breakfast of bacon & eggs, blueberry
pancakes, waffles, or a healthier new favorite breakfast drink, a protein fruit smoothie & muffins. Although we do not serve meals 3 times a day, many guests eat other meals with us. I just ask
that if you eat the majority of other meals with us to help in preparation/cost. Or you are welcome to use our kitchen and cook your own meals, as we have had several diabetic women
come for a retreat who preferred cooking for themselves. There are two restaurants within a mile of us if you prefer to eat out. Country cafes style.
We do not allow smoking in our 100 year old Florida Cracker House. Fire hazard to 100 year old wood frames! We do have screened in porches where you can smoke.
We do require a 50% deposit to book a retreat. Balance due 30 days prior of retreat date. Deposit is Nonrefundable, but... if you have to cancel for any reason... we will give you a one-year to rebook your private retreat. Or you can apply the deposit toward the next group women's retreat.
We do accept credit cards. No American Express. We do take Debit cards. Please call us directly to reserve your retreat date and give us credit card information. We also accept personal checks/within 14 days of booking retreat. A soothing beach trip is included in all our retreats, time & weather permitting. More optional.
